| Let’s hear your side of the story We are campaigning for an immediate pay rise of £2,000 for all NHS staff and we know it’s a campaign over 8 out of 10 of you support. We have been lobbying politicians, flooding social media, talking to papers and broadcasters, and thousands of you have written to your MPs and helped to spread the word. When the Chancellor announced a public sector pay freeze in November he said NHS staff would be exempt. But the Government has yet to make any commitment on the funding or level of an NHS pay rise. In the meantime we have seen the age-old attacks emerge on NHS pay. From people telling us that your cost of living has fallen, through to claims that fair pay has no effect on how valued NHS staff feel. |
