Welcome to UNISON

Central Lancashire Health Branch

Unison Central Lancashire Health Branch currently has approximately 3000 members employed by the NHS, Commissioning and Private Sector organisations. Throughout these sectors we have dedicated Representatives that assist members on a wide range of issues. In addition they support and represent members through investigations, procedures and meetings.
The branch has dedicated officers who ensure the effective running of the branch and ensure our members receive specific and dedicated support for issues associated with Health & Safety, Equality, Welfare and LGBT.

We liaise with employers to promote better working environments for our members as well as contribute to regional and national campaigns on issues such as pay and pensions.
All our branch Officers and Representatives are voted for by you the members and official ratification takes place at our Annual General Meeting in March.
