As a Branch, we believe that everyone should be able to come to work without suffering harm to their health and safety. We take health and safety very seriously which is why we have Safety Reps within the Trust to help protect not only members but others who work or visit the premises. By working together with a joint health and safety committee we aim to reduce the levels of serious injuries. There are legally supported functions for safety reps which allows us unique opportunities to represent and campaign on the health and safety issues that matter to you as our members. The areas we cover are vast such as Stress, Bullying & Harassment, Violence & Aggression, Manual handling, Slips, Trips & Falls to name but a few.
